Personal Service and Our Refund Policy

We treat our customers how we, ourselves like to be treated. We ensure that all our Limited Edition Prints are indeed Limited to the Edition Number specified and that the images are not reproduced in any other form or product with the execption of Darlene Wilson who reserves the right once an edition has closed to reproduce the image or part in greeting card format.

We confim that each Limited Edition is personally signed and Numbered by the Artist.

In the event that you are not entirely happy with the print when received we guarantee on your notifying us within 14 days of receipt and on its return to us to refund the full amount paid.

Mounting

Each print is double mounted in quality mount board using light outer mount with a coloured inner mount to complement the print, backed and shrink-wrapped in heavy duty wrap to preserve the print prior to framing.

Dispatch

Following receipt of order and payment we undertake to dispatch to you by Recorded Delivery within 5 days subject to availability of stock. All our products and Limited Editions are Imported and in the event that your order is not in stock we guarantee to make delivery within 21 days and to telephone you within 5 days of receiving your order if the item is not in stock.

Postage

All prints are sent flat packed.

UK
- Delivery and postage in the UK is included in price.

Europe
- Postage of £3.00 should be added to the cost of the order which will be sent Air Mail

Rest of the World
- Postage of £7.00 should be added to the cost of the order which will be sent Air Mail

Customs Information

You may be subject to import duties, which are levied once the package reaches your Country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from county to country, you should contact your local Customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from Mondina, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods
